Quality policy

IMAR SPAIN PACK, is a company dedicated to: "Engineering, assembly and after-sales technical service of automatic packaging machines and packaging turnkey projects". That is why the General Management has decided to implement in the company a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and is committed to comply with the applicable requirements in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality management system, To this end, the Quality System of IMAR SPAIN PACK, is based on the following principles:

• To meet the requirements offered to our customers and strive to exceed their expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Commitment to comply with all the requirements of the Quality System, whether they are legal, contractual or of any other nature, which are applicable to us due to our activity.

• Quality requires a good working environment, always looking after the welfare and health of workers and providing them with all the necessary infrastructure for the proper development of their work to ensure continuous improvement.

• Commitment to define the quality policy of our organization, promoting its knowledge, understanding and application by the organization's personnel.

• Commitment to efficiently control all processes and their possible effects on the Quality of our service.

The Management makes this policy accessible and available to its customers, suppliers and the general public. It is also properly disseminated to all staff, so that IMAR SPAIN PACK ensures to promote the involvement, awareness and continuous training of its employees, so that they assume the principle of "Quality is everybody's business". The Policy is kept up to date by means of periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the system, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received.
