Viscous filling machine

Viscous filling machine is designed for the liquid products whose viscosity range is approximately 80cps and upwards. These are commonly known as pasty liquids.

Some examples:

• Ketchup

• Cosmetic creams

• Mustard

• Medication in cream

• Body lotions

• Shampoo

• Sauces

• Gels

• Hair Conditioner

These types of liquids need to be propelled to be dosed, as their response to gravity is very slow and limited, it is therefore essential to take this into account in the viscous liquid filling machinery to be used.

Depending on the degree of viscosity and density, there are various dosing systems that can be integrated into viscous filling machine, as well as into all our machine models. We have peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, with pneumatic or servo-motorized drive, and also servo-motorized worm screw pumps.
