Easy-Flow Granule and Powder Fillers
Granule fillers handle dry products composed of granules, which may or may not contain some proportion of powder. Due to their physical properties, these products flow easily by gravity alone and do not tend to compact or form arches during handling.

Granule filling machines dose this type of product primarily using volumetric systems. IMAR has developed various technical solutions based on this concept, which are applied in granule filling machines depending on the product’s particle size, dust content, adhesion, and other physical characteristics.
The most common granule filling systems integrated into our machines for packaging these products are volumetric dosers with oscillating cup motion, rotating circular sector cups, or straight-line cup motion.
