Automatic Filler FR Series
The FR Series automatic filler consists of a linear conveyor that receives the containers and synchronously guides them into the cavities of a servo-driven intermittent rotary starwheel, which moves them through the different filling, capping, and screwing positions. The filling area features an interchangeable dosing unit to accommodate different volumes. While one container is being filled in one position, the previous one is being capped, and another is being screwed in the following stations.
The filling nozzles are connected to the dosing system described separately.
Includes corresponding infeed and outfeed conveyor assemblies.
Accessories and Optional Features of the Automatic Filler
Automatic fillers can be complemented with additional equipment such as conveyor belts, labeling machines, or mosaic formation systems for shrink wrapping.
Like the rest of our packaging equipment, automatic fillers can be equipped with any of the various dosing systems available in our catalog, allowing them to be adapted to the type of product to be packaged.
