Automatic Filler FL Series
In the FL Series automatic filler, containers are received already arranged in a single line and properly aligned.
The infeed conveyor belt of the automatic filler transports the containers to the filling area and positions them under the dosing system.
The dosing system of the automatic filler lowers the filling nozzles into the containers and dispenses the corresponding amount of product into each one.
The dosing system is equipped with multiple filling nozzles, allowing several containers to be filled simultaneously during each production cycle.
Once filled, the containers are conveyed by a transport belt to the capping system.
The containers pass under the capping system, where each one automatically picks up a cap as it moves along. They then pass through the torque capping system, which tightens the caps to the selected torque level.
After the capping process is completed, the containers exit in line via an outfeed conveyor belt to continue the process in other systems or devices that may be installed downstream.
Accessories and Optional Features of the Automatic Filler
Automatic fillers can be complemented with additional equipment such as conveyor belts, labeling machines, or mosaic formation systems for shrink wrapping.
Like the rest of our packaging equipment, automatic fillers can be fitted with any of the various dosing systems available in our catalog, allowing them to be adapted to the specific type of product to be packaged.
